Delivery Time

The standard delivery time is 5 working days unless otherwise stated on the product page. As a small, dedicated team, we are sometimes faced with personal circumstances that may affect this quick turnaround. For this reason, we promise to deliver your items within 5 working days, although it’s quite likely that your package will arrive much sooner.

Holidays and vacations

During periods of absence due to vacation or personal circumstances, the delivery time of orders may be longer than usual. We’ll prominently mention any delays on our website if this occurs.

Shipping

We offer shipping methods provided by PostNL. In the Netherlands, these include mail or parcels. Parcels come with Track&Trace. For high-value shipments, we require a signature and/or insurance. PostNL describes what you can expect on receiving parcels [🇳🇱 pakketten ontvangen].

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are determined by measurements, weight and the value of the shipment. You’ll see the shipping costs clearly displayed during checkout before finalizing your order.

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping at this moment. However, we plan to expand our shipping options soon. Contacting us with your interest can help expedite this process.
